Ingredients
• ¼ cup cooked chicken breast, sliced
• 1 ½ tbsp. cooked brown rice
• 1 cup steamed broccoli, chopped
• 2 tbsp. cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1 large whole wheat burrito tortilla
Directions
• Gently mix the chicken, rice, broccoli and cheese together.
• Spread evenly on the tortilla and roll it like a burrito.
• When you are ready to eat, bake the burrito for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
